She's so upset about ruining her shirt and being exposed but Layla says she better start cutting her jeans. Tara complies but isn't cutting fast enough for Layla, so Layla takes the scissors and starts to cut Tara's jeans exposing Tara's granny panties. She mocks her step-sister for wearing such ridiculously large panties before giving her a little wedgie. She then cuts the panties off of Tara and puts them into her mouth. Now with Tara completely naked she pushes her onto the bed and begins to tie her. Tara begs her to stop and that she's learned her lesson but Layla ties her hands behind her and her ankles together. Once Tara is tied Layla starts tickling her. Tara is laughing and begging for her step-sister to stop but Layla continues tickling. As much as Tara struggles and squirms she can't get free. Layla is prepared to tickle Tara all day but then she hears an ice cream truck. She decides that Tara is going to buy her ice cream right now - while still tied and naked. She makes Tara get to her feet and starts to drag her away. Tara tries to fight against going out and begs Layla to let her get dressed and Layla says ok - but only after they go outside and get ice cream.
